1. General Information

Welcome to San Antonio Wood Flooring (DBA). By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions. Please review them carefully.

2. Services Offered

San Antonio Wood Flooring specializes in hardwood floor refinishing, restoration, and maintenance. All services are provided as outlined in the customer’s quote or contract.

Services may include but are not limited to: sanding, staining, sealing, polishing, and refinishing hardwood floors. Any additional services will be specified in the service agreement.

4. Quotes and Pricing

Quotes provided are based on the information available at the time. If additional work or materials are required that were not included in the original quote, the customer will be notified, and additional fees may apply.

Payment terms, including deposits, payment schedules, and final payments, will be outlined in the service agreement. A deposit may be required to secure your appointment.

5. Property Access and Requirements

Customers must ensure that the area to be serviced is accessible and cleared of furniture or other obstructions. San Antonio Wood Flooring is not responsible for damage to any furniture or items left in the work area.

Customers must ensure pets and children are kept clear of the work area to avoid accidents.

6. Use of Materials

We use professional-grade products and tools for refinishing services. Customers may request specific products; however, any additional costs or potential incompatibilities will be discussed beforehand.

All materials used will be as specified in the service agreement unless substitutions are required. Any substitutions will be of equal or greater quality.

 

7. Liability and Damages

San Antonio Wood Flooring takes all necessary precautions to perform work safely and professionally. However, we are not liable for pre-existing issues with flooring, such as underlying damage or structural weaknesses.

Customers are responsible for notifying San Antonio Wood Flooring of any known hazards or special requirements for their flooring before service begins.

We are not responsible for any damages resulting from improper post-service care or failure to follow our maintenance recommendations.

8. Warranty and Satisfaction Guarantee

San Antonio Wood Flooring offers a limited warranty on refinishing services, covering workmanship issues for up to 12 months after completion.

If you are not satisfied with the results, please contact us within 72 hours so we can address any concerns.

9. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the appointment will receive a full refund of any deposits paid.

Refunds may be provided in the case of service dissatisfaction, but this is subject to an assessment of the work completed and any necessary corrective actions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, San Antonio Wood Flooring is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the services provided. Our maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid for the services.

11. Modifications and Termination of Service

We reserve the right to modify or terminate services at our discretion. Customers will be notified of any changes in service that may affect their scheduled work.

12. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Texas. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of San Antonio city.
